The following information and number may be used in case of an emergency with your assignment, personal emergency, or situation in the school after work hours (4:30pm) during the weekend.

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

WEEKENDS ONLY - NOT TO BE USED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS!

STEP 1. CALL 516-997-4861

STEP 2. TELL THE OPERATOR WHETHER YOU ARE FROM A SCHOOL OR ARE AN OFFICIAL

STEP 3. TELL THE OPERATOR WHETHER THIS REFERS TO A BOYS GAME OR GIRLS GAME.

STEP 4. TELL THE OPERATOR WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED BY PHONE.

STEP 5. WE WILL CONTACT YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

NOTE: During week days, after 4:30pm, there's no need to report any emergencies until the following day, since nothing can be done after hours on on a week day M-F.
